Tasks

  • Ensuring as the EFB Performance Administrator that Navigation Database solutions(onboard software, hardware, charting) database are consistent with the company network, including destination and approved alternate airports;
  • Collecting feedback and supporting the categorization of all airports utilized by the company in accordance with OMA 8.1.2.7;
  • Facilitating risk analysis for new destinations or up- or downgraded destinations;
  • Supporting that the OM C is kept up to date, including current airport briefings for all destination airports (LVO, HOT);
  • Preparation of a list of airports approved for low visibility operations and ensuring that such list is available to crewmembers in the on board database;
  • Cooperating with Performance Pilots and ensuring, that during the process of airport analysis/categorization the latest manufacturer approved performance data is used;
  • Ensuring that terrain and obstacle data acquired from the supplier is distributed in a manner to allow the timely insertion of current and unaltered data into FMS;
  • Coordinating Flight Ops/ Commercial interactions and the dissemination of information to relevant parties
  • Being able to cover the eDOC Admin role;
  • Maintaining Electronic (digital) Flight Operations Technical Documentations (APD, WBM) in all electronic formats (xml, pdf) together with the e-doc administrator and provide it to FODM;

Requirements

  • University or College Degree
  • Preferably experience with Airbus Technical documentation and performance administration
  • Fluent English (working environment mainly in English)
  • Good communication and problem-solving
  • Understanding of departmental operating policies, procedures and processes
  • Good communication and organizational skills
